Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined by Memvera and may vary based on the type of referral and subscription plan. Commissions are paid monthly for eligible referrals that result in active paid subscriptions.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership with 30 days written notice. Memvera reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Memvera's liability to partners is limited to unpaid commissions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh.
